Scheduling a clinic appointment has never been easier with the ActiveLink mobile application. All you have to do is follow these steps:



Step 1: Log in to your ActiveLink mobile app and access the ActiveLink Connect module (button with message icon)

Step 2: Select “Clinic Connect”

Step 3: Tap the button with a calendar icon

Step 4: Read and accept the Data Privacy Notice

This grants ActiveLink and clinic providers permission to access your personal details for support and reporting purposes.

Step 5: Select your preferred clinic through “Select Clinic Location Here”

Step 6: Choose your requested service (ex. Laboratory Test, Gastro Cases, UTI, etc.)

Step 7: Fill out “Date of Appointment” and “Time of Appointment”

Step 8: Add specific instructions/remarks then click “Submit”

Please wait for the clinic’s confirmation within 24 to 48 hours after your request.

Remember that your Preferred Date must be at least two (2) days from your booking date. This gives clinics enough time to confirm your service request and availability of doctors.

This module also has an in-app messaging system that allows you to communicate with your chosen clinic for inquiries and other concerns.



You may also schedule procedures not covered by your HMO plan. However, kindly note that any expenses incurred on consultations and procedures not covered by your HMO plan will be shouldered by you.
