Error Message:
The registration details you provided could not be found or Record is already registered or does not exist
What it means:
You’re already registered to AcitiveLink via mobile app of BMB platform.
What to do:
No need to register. Log in using your registered email and password.

Error message:
Username temporarily locked. You’ve made 5 invalid login attempts. Please login again after 15 minutes
What it means:
You’ve entered the incorrect login information.
What to do:
Enter the correct registered email address and password after 15 seconds. If the error persists, reset your password or send us a message via your dedicated helpdesk email.
